LumiNicole was founded by Kendra Bracken-Ferguson and Leslie Roberson, two proven operators with a track record of building and scaling beauty and wellness platforms by solving real access and distribution challenges.

Leslie founded the Black Beauty Collective, a multi-brand beauty and wellness retail store with brick-and-mortar locations in Chicago and Los Angeles, curating and scaling more than 160 brands with a global reach. Kendra founded BrainTrust Founders Studio, the largest platform dedicated to supporting Black beauty and wellness founders, and later launched BrainTrust Venture Fund to extend that work into capital formation and scale.

Together, they have helped generate over $500M in revenue with  20 years of experience across operations, retail strategy, and platform building.. LumiNicole represents the convergence of that expertise, a technology-enabled distribution platform designed to modernize retail access and create more equitable, scalable growth pathways for beauty and wellness brands.
